We specialize in installing both premium heavy-weight shingles and traditional dimensional shingles for commercial roofing. We are currently certified with top manufacturers, including Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and GAF Certified.
A clean job site is a safe job site. We use a self-propelled trailer called an Equipter during the roof demolition process to keep your old roof from creating a mess. The Equipter helps us protect your lawn and garden, and it's also safer and less labor-intensive for our team. When removing tile roofs, we will use a mini-telehandler, JCB 520 Loadall, equipped with a trash chute. We avoid parking heavy dump trailers on your driveway when dumping concrete tiles or if you have a paver driveway. We invest in the latest equipment in roofing industry to provide you with better service.
Roofing is a very labor intensive job. We grew up in this industry having to carry heavy shingle bundles up a ladder, throwing trash on the ground and having to drag it to the dumpster. As managing members, we have eliminated that for our employees. If our supplier can't deliver our material on time, we have the equipment necessary to load material onto the roof without exhausting our crew.
We specialize in repairing all types of roof damage, including leaks, missing shingles, and storm damage. Our team will work efficiently to ensure your roof is back to its best condition. Our services include thermal leak detection.
If your roof is beyond repair, we offer complete roof replacement services. We only use high-quality materials and the latest techniques to ensure a durable and attractive roof for your home or business.
A request for an estimate or a roof inspection are sometimes misinterpreted. To clarify:
When you request a roof estimate, you are asking us to come out and measure your roof and provide you with a proposal for the cost of replacing it. This service is free of charge. However, we do not conduct a roof inspection or locate leaks during this service, as it requires additional labor hours. After observing the roof's condition, we will provide recommendations on whether it needs repairs or replacement, as well as any damages we've noticed.
If you request a roof inspection for a potential leak or other issues, there will be a charge for this service as it typically takes 1-2 hours to find the leak and may require access to your attic. We do waive this fee if you decide to use our roofing services. The minimum charge for any repair is $1,500, and inspection reports start at $250.
To ensure an accurate estimate, the initial step is to measure your roof. We will utilize a measuring app to trace and draw your roof, accurately calculating the total area in "squares". Each roofing square represents a 10 ft by 10 ft area. This crucial information will determine the required materials and labor hours.
Typically, a Florida roof measures around 35 squares, corresponding to a home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and a porch. For a roof of this size, the cost usually falls between $14,500 to $18,000. Additionally, the job's complexity significantly impacts the price.
When choosing a contractor, homeowners should prioritize experience over price. It's essential to select a contractor who offers relevant expertise. Inexperienced contractors might overbid or underbid, potentially leading to additional costs or decreased installation quality as they rush to finish the job once profits decline.
Our labor Warranty covers your roof for 10 Years after installation.
Our certification with Owens Corning and GAF allows us to provide you with their extended warranties. these warranties require the roof to be installed with all of their products and accessories. The manufacturer warranty starts at the time of registration within 30 days after your roof has been installed.
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We provide insurance inspection reports. However, We do not handle any insurance claims. Recently Florida has been affected by scam roofing companies overpricing insurance claims, conducting false claims, and even ripping customers off by taking more money that was meant for other repairs. We do not want to be associated with these types of bad practices. Therefore we do not handle any insurance claims nor recommend insurance adjusters. We do not door-knock for insurance work. We don't rely on storm damage to stay in business.
As long as they are in good shape and are not in need of fixing or replacing then we can work around them. We also provide 6" K style gutter replacement services only for customers getting a new roof installed. We do not provide standalone gutter-only services.
We stand by our work, so if there are any leaks in the new roof, we cover the repair cost to the roof and any damage caused by the leak. We do our best to prevent future headaches for you. We don't take any shortcuts and replace any damaged wall flashing by correctly cutting stucco for new flashing and re-stucco cut area. We re-construct any "dead valleys" with a custom-fabricated single piece of flat sheet metal. "Dead valleys" are notorious for roof leaks, we make sure it's done right!
We do not ask for any deposit for shingle roofs. For specialty roofs, we may ask for a deposit, ONLY if some items are non-returnable like metal roofing, or if the material is made to order and the supplier requests a deposit to place the order. These deposits can be paid directly to the supplier. Our standard payment procedure is 50% after your old roof has been removed and underlayment installed, 30% after completion and the final 20% after the final inspection has been approved and the permit closed. Never give a contractor a large deposit before the job even starts. A contractor running a financially healthy company does not require deposits to fund their business. We have always maintained our company debt-free.
It depends on the size of the roof. Typically a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage home will take 3-4 days, start to finish for shingle. Fast isn't always better, sometimes a roof will require extra woodwork, and new flashing to be installed, adding more days to the job. 90% of the time there is no delay on a shingle roof, our installers will be onsite till the job is done.
Absolutely not. We invest in our equipment and have the right tools to do the job. We use a smaller dump trailer called an Equipter that is lightweight for roof demolition. It has its own motor and can be maneuvered to take trash to the big dumpster. It's a fantastic piece of equipment that allows us to do a cleaner and faster roof removal.
