Salvador and his brothers, Saul and Al, have been working in roofing since 2010 at the ages of 15, 19, and 21. They had the opportunity to learn the trade from "OG old-school roofers" and worked for several years for a prestigious roofing company in St. Pete, Florida. During this time, they learned about copper work, sheet metal fabrication, equipment operation, and luxury roof systems such as cedar shake, clay barrel tile, and double lock standing seam. Their initial years in the trade focused on commercial roofing. In 2017, they started their own company, Rex Roofing, and now take on high-end specialty roofing applications and commercial projects with their high school friends, Alfonzo and Francisco.

They continue to learn about new roofing systems to better serve their customers and are passionate about their work. They enjoy taking on complex roofs and with their hands-on experience in the trade and knowledge in accurate estimating and project management, they can deliver quality at a reasonable price. 

Recently, we have noticed a significant decrease in the quality of roofing work. Many new company owners prioritize sales volume over expertise in the trade. Most have never installed any roofing system in their lives. As a result, they heavily rely on their crews to handle the technical aspects, leading to low-quality roof installations. We are genuine contractors who have learned the trade from the ground up. We can confidently take on any project. We are able to lead by example.  "We don't offer any systems that we can't install ourselves."
